How to place and track your orders
Add your items to cart, click "Place Order", fill in your shipping details, and submit. After that, WhatsApp will automatically open with your complete order details. Our team will confirm your order and share payment instructions directly on WhatsApp. Simple, fast, no payment gateway needed upfront.
No. We follow a WhatsApp-first ordering system. You place the order, fill your details, and then we confirm everything โ€” including payment options โ€” directly on WhatsApp. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other options that we'll discuss with you personally.
Yes! Just message us on WhatsApp (+91 79867 69102) with the product name, size, and your delivery address. We'll handle the rest.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order details. Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Yes. After you submit the form, your order details are sent to our email. Our team will also confirm your order personally on WhatsApp within a few hours during business hours (Monโ€“Sat, 10AMโ€“8PM IST).

Delivery timelines and shipping info
Standard delivery takes 5โ€“7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or Northeast India may take 7โ€“10 business days. We dispatch orders within 2โ€“3 business days of payment confirmation.
Yes! We ship to all states and union territories across India, including Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast India, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep. Remote areas may have longer delivery times.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight. This will be discussed and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment. We aim to keep shipping costs minimal and may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount โ€” ask us!
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share the tracking number and courier partner details directly on WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to track your package in real time.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time or appears to be lost in transit, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We'll raise a query with the courier and resolve the issue โ€” either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags intact
  • In original packaging if possible
Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or are missing tags will not be accepted for return.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return/exchange. We'll guide you through the process step by step. Do not send back items without confirming with us first.
For size exchanges or buyer's remorse returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. For defective products or wrong items sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on what we agree on WhatsApp.
We sincerely apologise! Please send us a photo of the defective/wrong item on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible โ€” no questions asked.
๐Ÿ“ Sizing
Fit, sizes, and measurements
All our pieces are designed with an oversized, relaxed streetwear silhouette โ€” dropped shoulders, boxy fit, and longer length. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.
Yes! All pieces are unisex. Women typically size down 1โ€“2 sizes for a still-oversized but more fitted look. Men go true to size or size up for the full streetwear drop. When in doubt, ask on WhatsApp.
Our garments are pre-washed to minimise shrinkage. Expect less than 2โ€“3% shrinkage after the first wash. Always wash cold (30ยฐC), inside out, and tumble dry on low or air dry to maintain size and print quality.

Quality, fabric, and product questions
We use premium quality fabrics โ€” typically heavyweight French terry or fleece for sweatshirts (320โ€“400 GSM), and high-quality cotton for tees (180โ€“240 GSM). Fabric details are listed on each product page.
Our prints use high-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) or screen-printing methods for durability. To maintain print quality: wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on the graphic.
Yes! Most of our drops are limited. Once they're sold out, we may or may not restock depending on demand. Follow us on Instagram and WhatsApp to stay updated on new drops and restocks.
๐Ÿ’ณ Payment
How payments work
We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and other methods that we'll discuss with you on WhatsApp. We do not currently have an integrated online payment gateway โ€” all payments are confirmed manually on WhatsApp.
Absolutely. Many Indian indie brands operate this way. Your order details are sent to us via a secure form (Formspree). Payment is done only after you're satisfied with all the order details confirmed on WhatsApp. We never ask for sensitive card details.
COD is not available currently. However, we do accept advance UPI/bank transfer which is equally simple. Ask us on WhatsApp for more details.

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with courier partners (only your name, address, and phone) solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

Data Security

Your order form submissions are handled via Formspree (a secure third-party form service). We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

WhatsApp Communication

By placing an order, you consent to receiving order-related messages on WhatsApp from our business number. We will not spam you or share your number with third parties.

Your Rights

You may request deletion or correction of your personal data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or at hello@thevibedvines.com.

General

  • This website is operated by The Vibed Vines, an Indian anime streetwear brand.
  • By using this site, you confirm you are 13 years or older.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (โ‚น) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified via WhatsApp.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or if the product is out of stock.
  • In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier after the package has been dispatched.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the courier.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items (see Returns FAQ above).
  • Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of The Vibed Vines.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Vibed Vines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
